Our credo is the protection of the environment in all its dimensions and with a strategy based on sustainable development, a culture where every decision appreciates the improvement of the environment, health and social well-being of our employees and customers.

We have therefore decided to structure and support our corporate approach based on precise, targeted and adapted objectives derived from this commitment, and clearly set out in our action and improvement plans.

To this end, our strategic and action axes are :

• Providing all collective and individual protective equipment and ensuring that it is used properly
• Identify, control, eliminate or reduce risks that could affect the health and safety of our workers.

Environment

• Optimize our fuel consumption
• Ensure respect for the environment
• Reduce our impact on the environment

This approach to progress also involves individual and collective responsibility, at all levels of competence. Every employee has a duty, in his or her decisions and actions, to respect the obligations linked to the preservation of health, safety and the environment.

Consequently, GBA's management is committed to implementing all the means necessary for the application of this policy, and in particular to ensuring the effectiveness of our Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System, with a view to anchoring it in our management practices, with the aim of establishing a dynamic of continuous and lasting improvement requiring the strong involvement of every employee.
